Master’s Competitor Card:
A reminder to register online at Alpine Ontario Registration for the upcoming season by selecting the Master’s National Card (select the ‘AOA 2018/19 Season Registration Masters’ program) or the Master’s FIS Card (select the ‘AOA 2018/19 Season Registration (FIS)’ program). The Master’s National Card is the best option if you intend racing in more than one event – refer to Alpine Ontario Fees for the fee schedule and reasons for paying ACA, AOA and division fees. Alpine Canada Alpin (ACA) released their 2018-19 National Competition Rules document Competition Rules that clearly states, in section 222, that for Masters’ national competition events that are ACA sanctioned, “FIS conformed helmets (label “RH2013″) MUST be used for GS/SG/DH events, no exception.” Helmets that meet these requirements contain the non-removable label (under the top gel coat) reading “Conform to FIS Specifications RH 2013”.
Note: This helmet requirement does not apply to non-ACA sanctioned GS/SG/DH
