The race notice is out for the 2024 Ontario Masters’ Championships being held on Saturday, 16 March 2024, at Devil’s Glen Country Club . The event is a 2-run giant slalom race followed by a 2-run slalom race. AOA medals will be awarded for overall combined, by age categories. The Champion of Champions trophy is awarded to first female and first male overall, on a handicap basis. Bib draws will be held at the awards ceremony following the races.
All racers must hold a current Masters’ National or FIS or Weekend-Event competitor card as this is an AOA sanctioned event; competitors must be registered on AlpinePoints.ca except for US competitors; out of province racers must register through their PSO. AOA competitor cards can be purchased through SnowReg.
The cost is $100 for the two disciplines or $75 for one discipline, including lift ticket.
The registration deadline is Friday, 8 March 2024, at 5 pm, with a MINIMUM of 50 entries to proceed with the event.
