The race notice is out for the 2025 Mansfield Ski Club Masters Cup and Slalomfest being held from 23-24 January 2025, at Mansfield Ski Club, Mulmur ON. Thursday is 2 x 2-run GS races and Friday is 2 x 2-run SL races.

The Executive Committee would like to thank Patty Edgar for her contributions to the Alpine Canada Masters’ National Committee, as the Western Director since March 2014; Patty has decided to step down. At the same time, we would like to welcome Jason Barton as the incoming Western Director; Jason has been the Alberta Representative since January 2018 so this experience will be beneficial in his new role.

New for the 2024/25 season is mandatory Sport Accident Insurance Policy (SAIP) offered as insurance coverage to Alpine Canada Alpin (ACA) members and is designed to cover costs incurred as a result of accident or injury that are not covered by provincial or private insurance. SAIP coverage is mandatory for FIS registered members, including Masters.

The time has come for me to resign as President of the Canadian Masters; I have taken on some new responsibilities in my life, and I am no longer able to commit the time and energy to fulfil the duties as President.
We are pleased to announce that the Canadian FIS Masters Cup (FMC) races will be held from Sunday, 2 February 2025 to Monday, 3 February 2025, at Mont Garceau QC, with two SL races on Sunday, 2-Feb-25, and two 1-run GS races on Monday 3-Feb-25. Plus, there will be training on Saturday, 1 February 2025, from 1-4 pm.
