The Rides of March & CMAC are being held from Thursday 6 March to Sunday 9 March 2025, at Nakiska Alpine Resort, Kananaskis AB. The Executive Committee of Alpine Canada Masters are delighted to induct Mike Robbins to the Canadian Masters Hall of Fame. The prestigious Hall of Fame award was inaugurated in 2006; this recognition initiative is a fitting tribute to individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the growth and development of Masters’ alpine racing in Canada.

The entry DEADLINE for the 2025 CAN FIS Masters Cup (FMC) & Eastern Canadian Masters Alpine Championships (ECMAC), being held from 2-3 February 2025, at Mont Garceau QC, has been extended by one week to Wednesday, 22 January 2025 at 1600 hours EST. This is due to a recent change by Ski Quebec Alpin (SQA) to accept a Master’s M1 single event card - see note under eligibility below. More details can be found on the race notice.

The race notice is out for the 2025 Mansfield Ski Club Masters Cup and Slalomfest being held from 23-24 January 2025, at Mansfield Ski Club, Mulmur ON. Thursday is 2 x 2-run GS races and Friday is 2 x 2-run SL races.

Time is running out to register for the 2025 CAN FIS Masters Cup (FMC) & Eastern Canadian Masters Alpine Championships (ECMAC) being held from 2-3 February 2025, at Mont Garceau QC, with two SL on Sunday, 2 February 2025, and two 1-run GS on Monday 3 February 2025. (Note: GS combined for ECAMC results.) Plus, there will be SL training on Saturday afternoon 1 February 2025, from 1-4 pm.

The Executive Committee would like to thank Patty Edgar for her contributions to the Alpine Canada Masters’ National Committee, as the Western Director since March 2014; Patty has decided to step down. At the same time, we would like to welcome Jason Barton as the incoming Western Director; Jason has been the Alberta Representative since January 2018 so this experience will be beneficial in his new role.
