Summer is here in full swing with lots of heat and lots of opportunity to enjoy some dryland training. Whether it be cycling, running, weights or yoga, it’s an opportunity to rest the ski legs and the ski mind. An opportunity to shift gears to our summer sport pleasures. Skiing is a short 5 or 6 months away unless you are headed to any of the summer camps; skiing will be back on our daily agenda before we can blink. And on that note, we are already starting to fill the 2024 calendar with tentative and firm race dates.
